Students will develop a Monthly Budget to essentially “Move Out”. They have to find a job, housing: buying or renting, transportation, plan a menu and go grocery shopping, estimate Fixed/Variable expenses, and plan for unexpected expenses. Students will create a PowerPoint presentation to explain their infomation.

Produced ad. Details not very clear.
Excellent - A

Produced detailed ad. Gave details regarding housing needs for self.
Transportation
Provide details on how student will get to work and other places.

Provided good information about transportation costs. Not very detailed.

Food

Fixed Expenses

Produced decent explanation for fixed expenses. Showed expenses for self.

Variable Expenses
Provide other variable expenses other than food.

Provide a picture of Monthly Budget that was developed and be prepared to explain.
