Participation	Below Expectations Student does not pay attention or heed directions. Student is unable to participate in group discussions as a result	Meets Expectations Student vaguely pays attention, but does not recall details of the book during discussion.	Exceeds Expectations Student pays attention and answers question posed by the teacher.
Learning Stations	Below Expectations Student does not participate or complete activities presented.	Meets Expectations Student does not finish all of the activities given at the four learning centers.	Exceeds Expectations The student completes all of the assigned activities within the given time frame.
Behavior	Below Expectations The student is disruptive and does respect the preservice teacher.	Meets Expectations The student is mildly disruptive, but is able to answer questions posed.	Exceeds Expectations The students behaves throughout the preservice teacher's lesson.
