My Own Wordless Book 
Students must create a wordless book that contains characters, a setting, and a plot. They must also make it engaging for readers (graded after read-aloud) and make sure it is appropriate for the audience of K-2nd graders

The book contained plot, setting, and characters. The book has characteristics that are found commonly in wordless books and showed incorporation from the books presenented in class.
Reader Engagement

Poor

The book didn't engage the young listeners. They were not facilitated by the reader.
Acceptable

The book engaged some of the young listeners. The reader may not have engaged them or facilitated the book for them well or another circumstance may have occurred.
Excellent

The book engaged all young listeners during the read-aloud. They were excited from start to finish and were very much interested in it. The reader facilitated their engagement.
