Case Study

Develop a case scenario for your topic that includes the patient's presenting complaint, pertinent history, exam findings and imaging findings (x-ray and advanced imaging, if applicable). You should also include an appropriate differential diagnosis and identify the final diagnosis, along with the clinical reasoning that led to the final diagnosis. The case scenario should be presented first in the presentation.

References

A minimum of 4 references (3 from peer-reviewed journals) should be used. References should be appropriately cited, either on each slide or all together at the end. Two copies of each of the journal articles should be submitted with the draft.
