Poise	Fair Several mistakes, has trouble recovering from mistakes.	Good Makes minor mistakes, but quickly recovers from them.	Excellent Relaxed, confident, with no mistakes.
Eye Content	Fair Minimal eye contact with audience.	Good Consistent use of direct eye contact with audience.	Excellent Holds attention of entire audience with the use of direct eye contact.
