iRubric: Discussion Group rubric

The student was not focused on group discussion. There were no ideas presented to the group. Student was focused on something else.

The student shared minimal ideas. The Ideas were not in line with discussion. The ideas presented were distracting and off topic.

The student had many ideas to share with the group. They presented many questions and suggestions and helped lead the group in productive discussion.

The student did not participate within the group role they were assigned. There was no evidence of effort made to fulfill a group role position.

The student was not fully aware of his/her role in the group. The group role taken was not the role assigned.The role was not easily identified but some effort was made.

The student showed effort in filling the role assigned. They participated in the group while fulfilling the duties they were assigned.
