1-week workout plan and write up 
Complete a 1 week workout plan, where you are designing a training program for a specific sport or activity of your choosing. Make sure to cite any sources you use. There will also be a one page write-up, double spaced, that justifies your choices and will go over how you used the FITT, and SAID principles, as well as if your training is more Aerobic, Anaerobic, or both. You must have at least three days that are for exercising, and include rest days as well
