Unacceptable Student did not include any recognizable symbol/image in the mandala.
Creativity Design is original and creative	Outstanding Student mandala shows exceptional creativity and originality.	Good Student mandala shows a moderate level of creativity and originality & shows sign of the student's relationship.	Average Student mandala lacks creativity and originality & shows little sign of the student's relationship.	Unacceptable Student mandala lacks creativity and originality & shows no sign of the student's relationship.
Meaning Design shows apparent reflective thinking	Outstanding Student mandala shows that there was in depth reflection about the relationship demonstrated in the work.	Good Student mandala shows that there was some reflection about the relationship demonstrated in the work.	Average Student mandala shows that there was little or no reflection about the relationship demonstrated in the work.	Unacceptable Student mandala shows that there was no reflection whatsoever demonstrated in the work.

Craftsmanship Work is neat and carefully completed.	Outstanding Student has produced an extremely neat project with much care. The hue(colors) are evenly distributed.	Good Student shading is not within the clearly defined lines and/or color is not smooth.	Average Student project looks rushed and much of the color is out of lines and/or is not smooth.	Unacceptable Student project is sloppy with shading outside the defined lines. Color is streaky and uneven.
