Deflategate

Each team must explain their position on "Deflategate." Charts, graphs and calculations should be provided to help in explaining your given position. . The winning team must explain their position beyond a reasonable doubt. This means that, after the explanation is complete, there is no other logical explanation as to how the football was in the condition in which it was found.

Excellent I completely understand the problem being discussed, including the terminology being used.
Explanation	Poor The explanation provided did not include any graphs, charts or calculations to help in my understanding, and nothing was provided to convince me that this is the correct position.	Fair The explanation provided included some graphs, charts or calculations, but they did not help me understand the position. I still have serious doubts that this is the correct position.	Good The explanation provided included graphs, charts or calculations that somewhat assisted me in understanding the position. I understand the explanation, but I still have a few questions.	Excellent The explanation provided, including appropriate graphs, charts and/or calculations, explained the issue to the degree that there is no reasonable doubt that it is the correct position.
Closing	Poor The closing statement does not tie the evidence together in a convincing way. I am still either confused OR don't understand their position.	Fair The closing statement somewhat ties the evidence together, but I still have a lot of questions left either about the evidence presented OR gaps left in the explanation.	Good The closing statement tied most of the evidence together. Their position is relatively proven, but the closing statement does not address all of it.	Excellent The closing statement ties all of the evidence together in a way that proves their position.
