full bow used, relaxed wrist, relaxed elbow, bow parallel to bridge

sitting far back in chair feet crossed, wrapped aroung chair legs droopy instrument balance way far back elbow too low for strings

instrument supported by hands or stomach feet crossed or stretched out in front instrument supported by hands and stomach balance is gone elbows glued to thighs
