Student is always on time and ready for rehearsal. Is working on bell work immediately when bell starts.
Good

Student is 80% ready for rehearsal. Not always on time and getting starting on bell work time.
Fair

Student is late to rehearsal almost every day. Does not get ready for class when the bell starts the majority of the time.
Poor

Student comes late to rehearsal every day and is never ready for class when the bell starts.
Organization

Excellent

Student has music and pencil at the start of every rehearsal.
Good

Student is 80% ready and has music and pencil at the start of rehearsal.
Fair

Student rarely has pencil and music ready for rehearsal.
Poor

Student does not have pencil and music ready for rehearsal. Has to be reminded or gets up in the middle of class to get folder.
Attitude

25%

Excellent

Student displays an attentive attitude and puts forth a high level of effort. Student shows initiative in completing activities without reminder.
Good

Student displays an attentive effort for the majority of rehearsal, and shows a satisfactory level of effort in completing class activities.
Fair

Student is often distracted, talks when others are talking, or does not demonstrate an appropriate level of effort in rehearsal.
Poor

Student is very distracted, talks continually, or does not demonstrate the level needed to know music.
