Word Problem	Poor Student did not create a word problem, or word problem does not make any sense.	Fair Word Problem only contains some of the data used to create the graph. Contains spelling/organizational levels.	Good Word Problem is well organized with all the necessary elements and data reflected in the bar graph.
Bar Graph	Poor Axes are not labeled, bars do not match up to the data gathered, scale it not appropriate to the data gathered.	Fair Most parts of the graph are accurately and appropriately labeled. No more than two errors.	Good All parts of the graph are accurately and appropriately labeled. Bars match the data and an appropriate scale is used.
Neatness/Creativity	Poor Graph is sloppy with little to no effort evident.	Fair Graph shows some careless errors. Student is capable of putting forth more effort.	Good Graph is neat with great attention to detail. Maximum effort was put forth.
