	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Excellent 3 pts
Realistic	Poor Goal is not realistic and is impossible to reach.	Fair Goal is fairly realistic and reachable.	Excellent Goal is realistic and the goal setter should be able to reach it in a reasonable amount of time.
Restrained	Poor Goal is not at all timely	Fair Goal is slightly restrained by time, but is either too lengthy or too short	Excellent Goal will be done in a good amount of time and is realistic in that sense.
Reflective	Poor Goal does not reflect the needs of the goal setter	Fair Goal only slightly meets the need of the goal setter.	Excellent Goal reflects the need of the goal setter
