Fitness Transfer Task 
Students will be able to develop a fitness workout that uses weight training equipment. The workout must include three exercises with repetitions and sets. Students will be able to describe and analyze the benefit s of Muscular Endurance, Muscular Size, Muscular Power and Muscular Strength.
