The student did or did not function well in the group.

7 Needs Improvement

Student did not work with the group on the script and/or did no work whatsoever on the script even when directed by the teacher. May have flat out refused to work. Only interested in socializing with other group members and other groups.

Student did some work, although was reluctant to work and needed constant reminder from group members and/or the teacher that the work needed to be finished. More interested in socializing with other classmates.
9 - Proficient

Completed a good portion of the work for the script but had to be reminded by teacher and/or group members. Spent more time than should have on socializing.
10 - Exemplary

Completed all the portions of the script he/she said she would complete. May have also helped others finish their portions. Demonstrated a conscientious work ethic.
