In Attendance & Prepared	7 to 8 - Student is in his/her place with folder, pencil, and all music at the start of rehearsal - Student has ALL required materials for rehearsal - Student returns all items to proper place at the end of rehearsal.	5 to 6 - Student is in his/her place by the start of rehearsal with folder, pencil, and most music -Student has most of the required sight-reading materials for rehearsal -Student returns all items to proper place at the end of the rehearsal.	3 to 4 - Student is in his/her place by the start of rehearsal with folder and is missing some music, and/or pencil - Student only has part of the sight-reading materials for the rehearsal - Student returns all items to proper place at the end of rehearsal	1 to 2 - Student is not in place by the start of rehearsal and is missing folder and/or music/or pencil - Student is missing some or all sight-reading materials - Student leaves music, and/or sight-reading at chair at the conclusion of the rehearsal.
