Presentation Rubric
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Content	Poor Student's claims are unfounded or missing.	Fair Student makes a claim, but the presentation is too brief.	Good Student makes a claim and supports the claim with relevent evidence.	Excellent Student makes a claim and supports the claim with relevent and interesting evidence.
Eye Contact	Poor Student does not make eye-contact.	Fair Student occasionally uses eye contact.	Good Student maintains eye contact most of the time.	Excellent Student maintains eye contact with audience.
Elocution	Poor Student mumbles, uses um, like etc, incorrectly pronounces terms, and/or speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation. Student uses um, like etc,	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.
Professional Manner	Poor Student fidgets, leans, giggles, or uses distracting hand gestures during presentation.	Fair Student is professional for part of the speech, but sometimes was fidgeting, leaning, giggling, or using distracting hand gestures.	Good Student is professional for most of the presentation with only minor errors in professional manner.	Excellent Student is professional for the entire presentation.
