LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT IN CLASS	GOOD Student actively participates in class by asking/answering questions and contributing to discussions.	FAIR Student is occasionally off-task and sometimes participates in class by asking/answering questions and contributing to discussions.	POOR Student is off-task frequently or does not participate in class by asking/answering questions or contribuing to discussions.
USE OF TIME AND EFFORT	GOOD Student uses time wisely, follows directions quickly, and puts forth much effort into assignments.	FAIR Student uses most of his/her time wisely, follows directions, and puts forth some effort into assignments.	POOR Student does not use time wisely, procrastinates or does not follow directions, or does not put forth much effort into assignments.
BEHAVIOR	GOOD Student display appropriate behavior during class and is not disruptive.	FAIR Student displays some disruptive behavior during class.	POOR Student displays disruptive behavior several times during class.
PREPARATION	GOOD Student is prepared for class with all assignments and required materials.	FAIR Student is mostly prepared for class with assignments and required materials.	POOR Student is unprepared for class with missing assignments or required materials.
