Students do not participate fully in the shape practice activity given and are uninterested in the task provided.

Students participate with the activity a fair amount. Students take the practice activity and do not get many answers right.

Students begin to participate more and they have a better understanding of why they are participating in the practice activity. More answers are answered correctly.

Students have a good understanding of what the activity is demonstrating. Students begin to realize the differences between shapes and which characteristics fit with each shape.

Students have an excellent understanding of shapes and the differences between each shape. Students can identify differences between shapes and can compare and contrast shapes as well.

Students do not complete the Prezi demonstration and do not participate in the presentation that is assigned.

Students create a Prezi, but content is not accurate and all information is not given in the Prezi.

Students complete a Prezi demonstration with most of the content. The Prezi includes different characteristics that make up shapes, but does not have much information on comparing and contrasting or a connection to real world examples.

Students have a good Prezi demonstration. All content is represented through pictures. However, students struggle with the actual presentation to their peers and teacher.

Students have an excellent Prezi demonstration. All content is represented through pictures and explanation. Students do a great job connecting their pictures and examples to their presentation and how they explain it to their peers and teacher is excellent as well.
