EXCELLENT
Student is always on time or early for class.

GOOD
Student is usually on time or early.


Points: 11-13

FAIR
Student is sometimes on time.


Points: 6-10

POOR
Student is often late.

EXCELLENT
Student is always respectful of others, does not use cellphone or talk to others during class. Student does not leave class early or provide other disruption.

Points: 19-24

GOOD
Student is usually respectful of others, but may have used their cellphone or had it ring in class once. Student may have left class early once.

Points: 13-18

FAIR
Student is frequently disruptive of class time. May not be respectful toward others and may have used cellphone or had it ring more than once during class. Has left class early more than once.

Points: 7-12

POOR
Student usually is disruptive in class. Cellphone is used or rings regularly, or student often converses with others during class. Regularly leaves class early.
