ATTENDANCE/Promptness	Fantastico! Student has no more than 2 absences in a marking period and comes to class ON TIME daily.	Bien Hecho ! Student has no more than 4 absences (or tardies) in a marking period.	Más o menos! Student has no more than 6 absences (or tardies) in a marking period.	No Bueno! ( mal) Student has more than 7 absences (or tardies) in a marking period.
LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT	Fantastico! Student ALWAYS TRIES to speak in Spanish during class and is attentive during class lessons. Student engages teacher or other students.	Bien Hecho ! Student OFTEN TRIES to speak in Spanish and is often attentive during class lessons. Student is responsive when engaged by teacher or other students.	Más o menos! Student SOMETIMES TRIES to speak in Spanish and is sometimes attentive during class lessons. Student is reluctant when spoken to by teacher or other students.	No Bueno! ( mal) Student RARELY TRIES to speak in Spanish and is rarely attentive during class lessons. Student is negative or non-responsive when spoken to by teacher or other students.
