Task Completion Was the student able to complete the task/assignment?	No Effort Student did not start task/ assignment. OR Student refused to start task/ assignment.	Poor Student copied teacher's work word-for-word.	Fair Student partially completed task/assignment independently and Student may have required some adult support (i.e. sentence stems, brainstorming, examples given)	Good Student completed most of the task/assignment on independently. Student may have required some adult support (i.e. sentence stems, brainstorming, examples given)	Excellent Student Independently completed Task/Assignment, using their own ideas and work.
Ask for Assistance (if needed) Was the student able to ask for help, when they needed it?	No Effort Refused to start task/assignment.
