Intro/Hook	Poor You just started in with info or forgot your name.	Fair You said your name and there is some attempt to create an intro, but I am not hooked. There was nothing unique or creative about the intro, or it was hokey or gimmicky.	Good You used a sentence to introduce yourself in a way that showed some relevance and there was some creativity and it was memorable in some way.	Great OMG! I'm hooked!!! You were honest, but used a twist and now I want to know more.	Score
Because/Why	Poor You made no attempt to tell me why your goals matter to anyone but you.
