	Poor 0 pts	Fair 1 pts	Good 2 pts	Excellent 3 pts
Target Exercises	Poor None of the exercises were targeted towards the correct muscle groups	Fair Tabata had at least one exercise in two of the three target areas: upper body, lower body and/or abdominals.	Good Tabata had at least one exercise targeting lower body, upper body and abdominals.	Excellent At least one exercises targeted upper body, lower body, abdominals AND full body.
Time Requirement	Poor Tabata lasts less than 10 minutes.	Fair Tabata lasts 10 minutes	Good Tabata lasts 15 minutes.	Excellent Tabata created lasted 20 minutes.
Target Heart Rate	Poor Created a plan that that does not keep you in correct target heart rate zone.	Fair Created a plan that would keep your heart rate at or above 70% (green) for at least 5 minutes during the workout.
