Following Directions	Poor Student did not complete the activity or follow directions. Student was off task instead of working. Student depended on others to understand center and complete task.	Needs Improvement Student worked but did not finish. Student used other's ideas or thoughts in their activity.	Good Student's work is complete. Student used their own ideas. Student was helpful to others.	Outstanding Student's work is complete and carefully done. Student used original ideas and helped others. Student helped to clean up. Work shows thought!
Participation	Poor Student was off task and distracted. Student played instead of working on activity.	Needs Improvement Student tried to boss or leave others out of their group. Student doid not listen while others share information. Student did not work with others; works alone.	Good Student used teamwork to complete their task. Student added detail and develops the activity.	Outstanding Student contributed to the group and works very hard to complete the task. Student allowed others to have input. Student helped to organize activity and keeps group focused.
Behavior	Poor Student disturbed others during center activities. Students could not focus on activity within their center. Teacher had to speak with student about behavior more than twice.	Needs Improvement Student was off-task but did not disturb others during centers. Teacher had to speak to the student about behavior one or two times during centers.	Good Student contributed to the activity in centers. Student displayed appropriate behavior.	Outstanding Student was a leader in completing the activity in centers, was helpful to others, and had a positive attitude. Student did not disrupt teacher.
