ATTENDANCE	Excellent EXCELLENT<BR> Student is always on time and regularly attends classes.	Good GOOD<BR> Student is absent one or two times.	Fair FAIR<BR> Student is absent three times with no communication.	Poor POOR<BR> Student has four or more absences with no communication.
PUNCTUALITY	Excellent EXCELLENT<BR> Student is on time and sitting ready to start journal response.	Good GOOD<BR> Student is on time but not ready to start class.	Fair FAIR<BR> Student is on time and disruptive to other students ready to start class.	Poor POOR<BR> Student is late and disrupts class by entering late.
LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT AND BEHAVIOR	Excellent EXCELLENT<BR> Student often asks questions, participates in pair/group discussions.	Good GOOD<BR> Student sometimes asks questions, and participates in pair/group discussions.	Fair FAIR<BR> Student rarely participates in class, struggles with pair/group discussions.
