House blueprint
	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Has all rooms required	Excellent 13 items met. Easy to tell because key is color or pattern coded. Used a ruler to draw lines and writing is legible or typed. All in Spanish.	Good Has all the rooms etc. but key does not indicate exactly or there is some difficulty telling colors apart.	Fair 1-3 rooms are not on blueprint. Key is bad, or hard to read. Should have typed it. Something misspelled.	Poor More than 3 rooms missing. See List. Should have been caught when did rough draft.
Scale	Excellent Key has a scale of 1 inch = ______ft. The student drew the blueprint to this scale and every dimension makes sense. Overall square footage is calculated and accurate.	Good Scale is off somewhere and it is noticeable. Sq. ft. calculation is a little off but almost spot on.	Fair Both scale and Ft sq. are off	Poor One or both are way off a lot.
Presentation	Excellent Quality of drawing, key and coloring are all great. Time was put in to make this an example to be proud of.	Good Ok drawing, key and finished layout. Not the best in class because more effort could have been put in to details, not getting this wrinkled, or it could have been turned in sooner.	Fair This is High School and the quality of this is lower than Teacher expected.	Poor Wow, you turned this in? At least it got done, eventually. Why is it so messy, drab in colors or have stupid errors homes aren't supposed to have?
