Planning a Dream Vacation Using Matrix operations in real life scenarios

Preparing the dream vacation Students will research different aspects that are important when deciding what hotel to stay at on vacation.	Poor Students did not do any research on different hotels for their vacation.	Fair Students only researched a few hotels and did not research all the different criteria for those hotels. Students work is not easy to follow.	Good Students researched the hotels they needed and found all of the criteria for those hotels. The information is organized into a matrix and that it is easy to follow.
Using matrices on the problem Students will use matrix operations to solve which hotel they should stay at.	Poor Students did not attempt to solve their problem use matrix operations.	Fair Students attempted to use matrix operations to solve their problem but they had some errors in their calculations.	Good Students solved their problems using matrix operations and showed all work.
Reflection of using Matrices Students will demonstrate their understanding of the applications of matrices	Poor Students did not research or write a reflection on their understanding of matrices and other real world applications for their use.	Fair Students wrote a reflection on the uses of matrices but did not give insight onto what they have learned using them or give other ways matrices could be used.	Good Students wrote a reflection on the uses of matrices and gave insight onto what they have learned using them and found other ways that matrices could be used in real life scenarios.
