Components of Physical Fitness 
Students will create a physical fitness program that will include all five components of physical fitness: cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, body composition, muscular strength, and flexibility. They will create a week long physical fitness health program designed to stimulate each area of physical fitness through specific exercises included within the program.
