Students occasionally use eye contact, but presentation lacks energy and commitment.

Students read all of report with no eye contact. Presentation is devoid of energy and commitment.
Elocution

Excellent

Students used a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation. Very Good partnering.
Good

Students' voices were clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation. Good partnering.
Fair

Students' voices were low. Students incorrectly pronounced terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.
Partnering is awkward.
Poor

Students mumble, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speak too quietly for students in the class to hear. Partnering is not effective.
Time

Excellent

The presentation was at least 20 minutes. Adequate time was allocated to summary and application/
experience.
Good

The presentation was at least 15 minutes. Adequate time was allocated to summary and application/
experience.
Fair

The presentation was at least 10 minutes.
Summary and/or application needed more time.
Poor

The presentation was less than 5 minutes.
Inadequate time for summary and application.
