Argument presented	Good There are four good reasons with four specific examples of this behavior shown in the movie.	Fair There are four reasons, but some of them are vague or they do not have specific examples from the movie.	Poor Does not have four reasons, or does not have examples from the movie.
Recommendation to the court	Good The recommendation has a specific time frame. It outlines what Rocky's living arrangement will be. It outlines any requirements Rusty needs to fulfill.	Fair The recommendation does outline what will happen to Rocky and what Rusty needs to do. However, the recommendation is vague or unclear.	Poor The recommendation does not make sense or is missing guidelines for either Rocky or Rusty.
