iRubric: Hablando en español en la clase rubric

I barely participate in Spanish. I wait to be called by teacher and then I only answer with minimal expression. I start talking in English during class activities.

I'm shy or afraid to make a mistake so I wait to be called by teacher instead of volunteering. I do answer when called and I do participate in pair work. I need to be more of a risk taker. I address the teacher in English because it is easier. I speak to my classmates in English.

I volunteer and participate regularly. I'm a risk taker. I am enthusiastic. I work well with partners. I need to improve using newly learned words and saying things correctly. I address the teacher in English because it is easier. I speak to my classmates in English, even for things I should be able to say in Spanish.

I'm always ready to answer questions and I volunteer all the time. I greet my teacher and use Spanish consistently with my teacher and classmates. I make a great effort to pronounce well and use proper intonation. I love using Spanish and take every opportunity to do so.
