Drug Information Booklet

Students will create a drug information booklet consisting of Cover,index page, brand/generic with a variety of names and forms of medication (ex:capsule, caplet, injection) with dosage strengths, list the following:indication, usage, missed dose, drug adverse reaction/interaction/warnings, side effects, other indications, medication storage, manufacturer of medication, statistics, and reference page. Extra points given if student lists website and phone number for patient assistant program and how to access this information. Student must create a booklet to catch the attention of fellow students with pictures of medication and create informative and accurate information.

Editting	Excellent Student goes to great length to perfect their booklet.	Good Student uses some of the recommendations to change their booklet.	Fair Students do some editting. Many misstakes remain.	Poor Students do not edit their booklet.
