	Poor 1 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 5 pts
Understanding of Concept and Answer Enter criteria description	Poor Questions are not answered in a sentence form, are not clear, and shows no understanding of the topic.	Fair Questions are answered in a sentence form and are somewhat clear, and student shows some understanding of topic.	Good Questions are answered in sentence form and student shows complete understanding of the topic.
Cooperative Work Enter criteria description	Poor Student spends group time arguing, off topic, wandering around, or not working as a team member, and offers no input during the session.	Fair Student spends some time off topic, wandering around, or not working as a team member, and offers some input during the session.	Good Student spends the entire time on task, working as a team member, and offers input during the session.
Written Assignment	Poor Student has no work shown on his/her paper, and only did the bare minimum complete the assignment. (wrote his/her name on the paper; drew the outline of a chart; numbered paper, etc.)	Fair Student completed most of the written assignment, but the assignment is missing key components. (charts, graphs, numbers, etc.)	Good Student completed all of the written assignment, and completed all key components necessary. (charts, graphs, numbers, etc.)
Neatness and Organization Enter criteria description	Poor Students paper is illegible and messy with many scratch outs, sloppy handwriting, or smudges.
