Clarity of Presentation Four Exams Data Includes Looking, Asking, Listening and smelling and Palpation	Poor Information gathered from intake is incomplete and disorganized. Excellent Complete and in-depth description of all 4 Exams which includes appearance, relevant answers to the 10 questions and pulse and tongue.
