Job Completion	Mastered Demostrated The job was 100% complete and worked according to the task description.	Repetitive Demonstration The job was complete and worked, but needed minor modifications.	Proformance Demonstrated The job was complete but did not work; needed several minor modifications.	Knowledge Demonstrated The job was complete but did not work; needed several major modiications.	Grade Received 10 pts= 91-100% 8 pts= 80-89% 7 pts= 70-79% 6 pts= 60-69%
Demonstrated Knowledge of Theory	Mastered Demostrated Student knows and is able to identify and explain necessary theories for completion of the project.	Repetitive Demonstration Student is able to identify and explain necessary theories for completion of the project with some assistance.	Proformance Demonstrated Student is unable to identify or explain concepts without major prompting.	Knowledge Demonstrated Student confusion in identify and explain major theories.	Grade Received 10 pts= 91-100% 8 pts= 80-89% 7 pts= 70-79% 6 pts= 60-69%
Ability to Follow Directions	Mastered Demostrated Followed directions with ease and successfully acomplsih the task.	Repetitive Demonstration Followed directions with minimal help or re-reading	Proformance Demonstrated Moderately followed directions.
