Skating skill	Level 1-Mastery Student was able to skate the length of the skating rink twice without falling and or holding on to the wall.	Level II- Progressing Student was able to skate one length of the skating rink twice without falling but held on to wall or fixtures.	Level III- Unsatisfactory Student was not able to skate one length of the skating rink twice without falling.	Teacher Notes
Responsible behavior	Level 1-Mastery Student used the equipment responsibly during the class period and returned them to the roller skate containers properly.	Level II- Progressing Student used the equipment responsibly during the class period but did not return them to the roller skate containers properly.	Level III- Unsatisfactory Student did not use the equipment responsibly during the class period.	Teacher Notes
Body Control - Stopping	Level 1-Mastery Student is able to start and stop not stop while maintaining balance.	Level II- Progressing Student is able to start and stop but struggled to maintain balance and still incurred a fall or several falls. Skating Safety -	Level 1-Mastery Student stayed in designated skating rink for the entire .field trip.	Level II- Progressing Student continued to get off the skate rink and play video games.	Level III- Unsatisfactory student played video games and sat down more than they skated.	Teacher Notes
