Fair The individual displayed some evidence of contributing, collaborating and organizing of tasks to be completed daily. No evidence of inclusion was related toward group performance.	Good The individual did not contribute as consistently as others but did meet most of the responsibilities asked of them. Able to identify some successful criteria of the team connections and performance.	Excellent The individual was a valuable asset to the team performance and the success criteria of the project. The individual was able to evaluate the team with key performances.
Lessons Learned	No Initiation The individual did not contribute to the project and failed to meet responsibilities or the learning outcomes. No thought was evident of the written reflection.	Fair The individual demonstrated some level of commitment to the class and the learning outcomes. Individual reflection should have more connections and references to outcomes.
