Essentials of Design - Recycle-Redesign Project

Recycle project - all items must be reused, no new materials used, only recycled items. Redesign -Redesign a ready made apparel item for reuse.

Machine operation 10 pts	Excellent Student knew how to properly use the sewing machine, stitches, and displays excellent sewing techniques.	Good Student needs help with the sewing machine some of the time and displays average sewing abilities.	Needs Improvement Student needs help with the sewing machine most of the time, doesn't show any sewing techniques, and had several issues with the machine operations. Overall Appearance 10 pts	Excellent Garment is attractive and is completely finished. The garment displays great elements of design and displays student's individuality and creativity.	Good Garment is fairly attractive and is finished. The garment displays some use of elements of design and somewhat displays student's individuality and creativity.	Needs Improvement Garment isn't very attractive and is unfinished in some areas. The garment doesn't show use of elements of design and the student's individuality. Little to no creativity is shown. There is no evidence of individuality or creativity in the garment.
