Landscape Drawing
Students will create a landscape using various techniques to create textures for the different landscape elements. The landscape should display three distinct grounds: Background, Middle Ground, and Foreground.

Student used various painting techniques to create details and textures of the landscape scene and problem solved to select the best techniques for each part of the landscape.
Exceptional

Excellent use of painting techniques. Strong evidence of problem solving to find the best technique for each part of the landscape.

Good use of painting techniques. Evidence of problem solving can be seen in most areas of the landscape.

A couple different techniques were used, but not much problem solving can be seen.
