Content	Poor The post does not add any engaging creativity or critical thinking to the discussion.	Fair The post answers the discussion prompt with some creativity, thoughtfulness, or critical thinking.	Good The post clearly answers the discussion prompt with creativity, thoughtfulness, and critical thinking.
Comprehension	Poor It is not evident from the post that the question/s and the general ideas in the discussion prompt are understood.	Fair It is evident that the questions and ideas from the discussion are understood.	Good It is evident that the questions and ideas from the discussion are understood. The student is able to add new questions or clarify to add depth.
Tone	Poor Post is disrespectful, negative, and violates netiquette standards.	Fair Post is respectful, positive, and does not violate any standards.	Good Post is above and beyond in terms of tone, positivity, and netiquette standards are obvious in the discussion.
