Manipulates visual schedule	Poor Student requires hand over hand prompting from an adult to complete the task	Fair Student requires 2-3 verbal prompts from an adult to complete the task	Good Student requires 1 verbal prompt from an adult to complete the task	Excellent Student completes the task independently.
Moving between tasks/areas	Poor After manipulating the visual schedule, student requires 4 or more prompts and holds hands with an adult to complete the task	Fair After manipulating the visual schedule, student requires 2-3 verbal prompts from an adult to complete the task	Good After manipulating the visual schedule, student requires 1 verbal prompts from an adult to complete the task	Excellent After manipulating the visual schedule, student completes the task with zero prompts from an adult
Frustration Level	Poor Stdent is clearly very frustrated, and refuses to complete the transition	Fair Student is frustrated, but is able to complete the transition with additional support from teacher/para	Good Student appears mildly frustrated, but is able to complete the transition without needing additional support from teacher/para	Excellent Student shows no signs of frustration with the transition
