Presentation is between 6-8 minutes (not including audience questions).

Excellent

Students demonstrate full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.

Students are at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.

Students are uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.
Poor

Students do not have grasp of information; students cannot answer questions about subject.
Graphics

Excellent

Students' graphics explain and reinforce screen text and presentation.

Students' graphics relate to text and presentation.

Students occasionally use graphics that rarely support text and presentation.

Eye Contact

Excellent

Student maintains eye contact with audience, seldom returning to notes.

Student maintains eye contact most of the time but frequently returns to notes.

Student occasionally uses eye contact, but still reads most of report.

Speaking

Excellent

Students use clear voices and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.
Good

Students' voices are clear. Students pronounce most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.
Fair

Students' voices are low. Students incorrectly pronounce terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.
Poor

Students mumble, incorrectly pronounce terms, and speak too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.
Fair Share

Excellent

ALL group members speak for a similar amount of time.
Good

ALL group members speak but some carry more weight than others.
Fair

ALL group members speak, but one or more only speak when prompted by the instructor.
Poor

One group member does no speaking at all.
Professional Appearance (BONUS)

Students wear either: (a) a shirt with a collar & nice clean pants or (b) a school-appropriate dress/skirt.
