Kindergarten:
The student copied the address correctly and placed each part on the appropriate lines.

First Grade:
The student spelled his/her sight words correctly, decoded unknown words and the sentence made sense.

Kindergarten:
The student placed each part on the appropriate lines but when she copied the address, she forgot a word or number.

First Grade:
The student spelled his/her sight words correctly and the sentence made sense, but he did not decode the unknown words.

Kindergarten:
The student placed each part on the appropriate lines but when she copied the address, she forgot more than one word/number.

First Grade:
The student's sentence made sense but he did not spell his sight words correctly nor did he decode the unknown words.
