Rotor Cutting

Poor

Rotor surface is excessively rough and/or not true and parallel; rotor is undersize and was not measured correctly.

Rotor surface is true, clean and cut correctly with a smooth finish but was installed undersize.

Caliper Installation

WARNING: pedal must be pumped up upon completion of this step tp prevent accidents.

Piston is retracted properly, but dust boot is twisted and bolts are installed properly, but not tightened to specifications.
