Attractively constructed	Outstanding Toy is extremely well-put together. Looks like a professional and/or manufactured toy. No obvious mistakes. A child would want to play with this toy.	Very Good Toy is well-put together. A lot of care and consideration was put into it. A few mistakes.	Good Toy is put together fairly well.	Fair Toy will not stand the test of time. It might last for a little while but will fall apart after a couple of uses.
Functionality	Outstanding The toy does what it is intended to do. If a child/parent followed the directions, he/she would easily be able to understand how the toy is to be used	Very Good The toy does what it is intended to do. If a child/parent followed the directions, he/she would be able to use the toy, however they might have to ask questions of the designer first.	Good The toy does what it is intended to do for just part of the time.	Fair The toy does only a small portion of what it is intended to do.

Thought / Time	Outstanding Excellent piece with much thought in creation and several hours of work in the production. Fair Piece does not show much thought or time was not utilized in the best way in the creation.
