	Poor Behavior 20 pts	Fair Behavior 40 pts	Excellent Behavior 100 pts
Peer Interaction	Poor Behavior Student continuously distracts peers while they are working. Negatively seeking attention(ie;busting, making odd noises). Leaves seat without permission. Disturbs overall learning atmosphere in classroom. (5 pts)	Fair Behavior Student occasionally distracts peers, but stops after redirection. Stays in seat. (10 pts)	Excellent Behavior Student stays in seat until given permission to move. Completes assignments quietly and with effort. Student raises hand when needing teacher assistance. (25 pts)
Interaction with Staff	Poor Behavior Student is disrespectful when speaking (responding) to teacher/staff. (5 pts)	Fair Behavior Student is non-responsive when spoken to by teacher/staff, but does not talk back or use profanity. (10 pts)	Excellent Behavior Student responds appropriately when spoken to by teacher/staff. (25 pts)
Staying on Task	Poor Behavior Student is constantly a distraction to others. Student continuously finds ways to avoid completing assignments (ie;going to the bathroom constantly, getting a drink). Assignments are done with little effort or not completed at all. (5 pts)	Fair Behavior Student is on task 75% of the time. Finishes most assignments with fair effort. (10 pts)	Excellent Behavior Student is on task 95% of the time. All assignments are completed. Work is done with best effort. (25 pts)
Following Directions	Poor Behavior Student ignores directions given by teacher/staff. Student requires 3 or more prompts to complete 1 direction. (5 pts)	Fair Behavior Student follows direction begrudgingly. completes direction, but with poor effort. Completes only some of the direction. (10 pts)	Excellent Behavior Student completes direction with 100% accuracy first time given. Completes direction with good effort. (25 pts)
