Color Student used knowledge of color mixing to create realistic colors and not straight from the containers.	Advanced Excellent knowledge and use of color mixing throughout entire painting. Created natural/realistic looking colors where needed.	Proficient Good use of color mixing throughout most of the painting. Incorporated some realistic color values.	Needs Work Some knowledge of color mixing can be seen in parts of the painting and some areas of the landscape show hints of realistic colors.	Not Proficient Use of color theory is not evident in the painting. Only paint colors used were taken straight from the paint bottles.
