Ability to follow directions	Excellent Student follows daily instructions and understands the assignment	Good Student slightly lost focus and/or did not understand the instructions and/or assignment	Poor Student lost focus and/or did not follow instructions or have an understanding of the assignment
Student Preparedness	Excellent Student had gathered all products /materials/supplies and was completely ready to go to work at their station	Good Student had gathered most products, materials/supplies and went to work at their station	Poor Student had not gathered products, materials/supplies and procrastinated in starting work
Time Management	Excellent Routinely used time well throughout the assignment/service and completed on time or ahead of schedule	Good Used time fairly well throughout the assignment/service with a minimal amount of procrastination and/or socialization. Completion of assignment service exceeded the allotted time	Poor Student procrastinated and or had an unacceptable amount of socialization. Assignment/service overly exceeded time requirements
Level of assistance	Excellent Student was able to complete assignments with minimal to no assistance	Good Student was able to complete the assignment with moderate assistance	Poor Student was unable to complete the assignment and needed significant assistance
