Images	Proficient Student inserts 2 or more images.	Developing Student inserts 1 image.	Beginning Student cannot insert images.
Title and Font	Proficient Student can create a text box to make a title. Student can change font color and size.	Developing Student adds text to make a title in an exsisting text box. Student can change color or size of font.	Beginning Student cannot add text or change font.
Topic	Proficient Student creates a flyer that is on topic and includes enough information to inform others about the topic.	Developing Student does not give appropriate or enough information about topic.	Beginning Student does not create a flyer about his/her chosen topic.
Print, save, and edit	Proficient Student can print, save, and edit work without help.	Developing Student can save and edit work, but cannot print document without help.	Beginning Student cannot save, edit, or print work.
